First of all I have to say a big happy birthday to my beautiful daughter Danielle who is in America and turned 19 today....although technically it is still yesterday there so she will get 2 days of birthday wishes. I love you heaps & miss you more xoxoxox
Also I am very pleased that Chloe & Brenton have arrived safely back in Maryborough.
Anyhow back to me......So after a month off work I am finally starting to be able to go back to sleep after I wake up super early....it's great....except when I have to be woken up for my bacon & eggs...lol....well worth it though. Did absolutely nothing till after lunch when we went to town to do a few things. The thing I have always hated about Country Music Week is getting a park but unbelievably I have fluked one both times very close to the main street, so you gotta be happy with that. We ran in to a few people we knew which was cool and then we went to The Post Office Hotel which used to be the Fitzroy Tavern....now anyone that remembers the Fitzroy...aka "Flecko's" (as much as we loved it) will be pleased to know that it has been gutted & turned into a really nice pub....although it was a bit sad not to see Pammy & Pete (even if he was a grumpy old bastard) there :( Then we went to Coles and headed back home. Tanya & I made Sushi & chicken stir fry for dinner....I had a swim....finished my lovely red wine & now I think it is time for bed.
Night :)
My morning began with heading to one of my favourite places.....Healthy Inspirations to see some of my favourite girls. I was surprising Miss Kay with a leg rub which turned into more of a leg, back, shoulder massage with a bit of reiki thrown in. She was very thankful as usual and begged me to start doing it for a living (along with Robbie backing her up). It was nice to walk down the street at our leisure without having to worry about work or anything. Being able to just walk into the pub and have a cider before hitting the vegie section of Coles is a great feeling. Great arvo of cooking and making sushi with Alvo and then loving that my family liked it all. Pop needed a reflexology session and Gran got a leg rub too. I love this.
