The Retirement Village.

Ok, so you know they say you adapt to your surroundings well I well and truly did that yesterday at the retirement village.......not only did I do absolutely nothing all day including having a nanna nap I also caught Alzheimer's Disease because I forgot to write the blog last night.

Now the reason we were staying at a retirement village is because Judy is the manager there and lives on site. Now Judy is my Dad's ex girlfriend from the 80's and as I said yesterday it has been a very long time since I have seen her. I also got to catch up with her son Scott who was 4 years old last time I saw him, he is now 29. So apart from eating, drinking and talking non stop there is not much to report on my part but as Tanya ventured out of the Villa she will tell you what she got up to.

Yes.....I did venture out. I was up by 6.30am ready for a walk in the National Park with Gina and Bert. I feel that I need to be in nature right now so that is what I did. The park was just the medicine needed for a recharge, the energy and scenery was just beautiful. We then swam in the ocean on the incoming tide which felt great and Bert had a wonderful time out past the breakers.

I told Gina all about meeting Judy, who is just an amazing person, and told her that she had to meet her. Gina helped my healing with a reiki session while Bert was napping and then we headed for a drink at a great pub just out of town.

We headed back to the retirement village and Gina joined us later after the night time routine was done. The conversation had with Judy and Scott was very enlightening and just what Gina needed, they will keep in contact for sure. I am interested in reading more about the chart Judy did for me and finding out what my life purpose is and what it all means.

We are now headed for Brisbane and will write again soon.
