Happy Anniversary

So happy anniversary to my beautiful girl....8 years today....woo hoo :). Had a bit of a sleep in again but not as long as yesterday and luckily as Caroline called me several times in the the lead up to her arrival. So we awaited her arrival which was about 11.30am and then we went to lunch at Cafe Enzo's and had a Caesar Salad big enough to feed an army. Then we went to Brokenwood Winery where we sampled a few wines but we refrained from purchasing (although Caroline did indulge) then we headed to Peterson's Champagne House & had a few samples of there lovely bubbles & did buy a bottle. Back to the resort where Tanya & Caroline felt the need to go to the gym but I thought a nanna nap was way more appropriate. Caroline had organised for us to go for drinks at her friend, Royalie & Frank's house, which was super good and we made some very nice friends. Annie then joined us there and then we headed to Il Cacciatore  for dinner which was an absolutely awesome restaurant and the food was gorgeous. Now we are as full as fools & back at The Vintage but really need to go to bed as we are getting very old :(
