Well today was not much different to yesterday except Tanya trimmed the hedges & I cleaned out the fridge....we like to pay our way in manual labor....lol. Apart from that we watched cooking shows for hours and not much else. Caroline made a great salad & chicken for dinner & I made a mushroom polenta bake to go with it....yes we are on a role with polenta :) We all enjoyed a couple of reds together for our last night & everyone went to bed early but we stayed up a bit longer & watched more cooking shows....just love the cooking channel on Austar.
