We woke up to a beautiful day but didn't do alot for the morning and I started the cooking at 11.30am. I made Beef Vindaloo, Kahari Lamb, Lamb Korma, Kofta Balls, Potato & Pea Curry, Pilau, Tomato & Onion Salad and Raita. It took 8 hours to make but was well worth it. All the family came and some nice wines were opened and it took about 15 minutes to demolish. Everyone really enjoyed it and having the absolutely delicious home made Mango Chutney (made by the lovely Louise), made it taste even better. So that was the extent of the day, everyone left after dinner and we all went to bed.
